TERMS AND CONDITIONS 


Amendment Rules:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.


Refund Rules:
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.

** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.


Cancellation:-
All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of INR 3000.00 minimum or 10 % of the Booking Amount whichever is higher. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further cancellation charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax / Email.


From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of Rs 3000.00 per couple.
30 -15 Days prior to departure   25% of tour cost
14 -07 Days prior to departure   50% of tour cost
07- 03 Days prior to departure   75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show                     100% of tour cost

Please note: All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.

1.   In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/Seaplane/ to Havelock or other island gets cancelled and additional night accommodation in Havelock/ Port Blair will be additional charged.
2.   All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
3.   The refund is initiated from our end within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
4.   Please note that it may take 5 - 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
5.   Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.

 

CHILDREN POLICY :
·     Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate
·     Children of (5 to 10 yrs) sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CWB (Child with Bed) or CNB (Child No Bed)
·     Children below 5 years will be Complimentary only for Hotels , however charges are applicable for Entry and Ferry above 01 Years of age .

Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for at the Hotel.

Important Facts for Traveler’s:                                                                            
·  Please carry original ID proof (Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License/etc.- No Pan Card allowed as ID proof) for security purpose & hotel policy.
·  We need following for process your booking Guest Name & Contact Number. Naming List with gender & age.
·  High season surcharge will be applicable for every booking on 16th Oct – 25th Oct during Durga Puja & Diwali, 20th Dec – 5th Jan during X-Mass & New Year & during Holi (as per date).
·  In high season, no refund will be applicable within 30 days of the tours start date. (Normal cancellation policy will not be applicable on those dates.)
·  For high season booking, 50% payment must be done in the time of confirmation & rest of the amount must be cleared 30 days before of the tour start date.


General Terms of Booking :

Subject to weather conditions and availability of Ferry Tickets and other Conditions, the itinerary may be shuffled (For final itinerary please contact our Operation team 02 days prior arrival).

Confirmation of Hotel and Inter Island Ferry Tickets will be subject to availability at the time of Booking (No Rooms Blocked).In case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided.

Rates subject to change if the Hotel or the Room category quoted is not available at the time of Booking.

All water activities are subject to weather conditions.

ANS Vacations reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, ANS Vacations will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.

 

Payment Policy:

1) Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 50% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking, we will proceed on the file on receipt of advance only.

2) Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid 15 days prior to the arrival of the guest.

3) Payments can be remitted through any of the following Banks and is subject to realization (No cash deposit is accepted).
